微蝕劑

1.新型微蝕刻鹽其主要成分為複合過氧化物和有機酸，    輔助成分為增效劑和穩定劑。
2.物理性狀：白色粉狀固體，易溶於水。
3.化學特性：常溫下穩定，此產品的活性由過
    一硫酸的活性成分（AO）提供，有非常強大而有效的
    非氯氧化能力，甚至能夠將氯離子氧化為氯，使用和
    處理過程符合安全和環保要求，因而被廣泛的應用於
    工業和日用化學中。

主要應用

* 用於PCB微蝕刻、半導體相關製程。
適用製程：

1、OSP製程前處理
2、化金、電鍍金製程前處理
3、化錫、化銀前處理
4、軟板前處理
